Woodfield Construction Group, LLC (“Woodfield”) is a full service, turn-key general contracting firm that prides itself in building with the very highest quality materials and workmanship, without exception. Renovations include home additions, adding to the perimeter of your home, adding a second level of living space and bathroom and kitchen additions/renovations. Project sizes range from a few hundred dollars for handyman services to over $800K for large-scale renovations.
As owner and project manager with over 25 years of experience, I work on projects in these capacities as well as a lead carpenter and master electrician. This insures great coordination and quality. This also links you directly to the project at any time of the day so that any questions or issues can be addressed immediately. Many contracting companies have separate account managers, project managers, production managers, superintendents and foremen. Without all of these people involved, it not only decreases the costs passed on to you, but it allows for quicker decisions and the transfer of information faster to you.
Woodfield is accustomed to working with older homes where it is important that the renovation and restoration work look like it was original to the home. We can provide and meticulously installed reclaimed hardware, doors, windows or custom wood trim for any part of a home to provide an exact match of what was original. Whether your home is old or not, the new construction will be built to match the existing structure to provide a “seamless” renovation. A specification for the aesthetic features of your home can go unwritten if the goal is to match the existing structure.
Our customer service is second to none. We work for you with the philosophy that we are your employees. This includes working with a homeowner who maybe living at home during construction which entails numerous considerations. Whether it is special consideration for pets or starting and ending work at certain times of the day, there is no limit to what we can do to keep your project moving forward. We also let homeowners know who is supposed to be on the project, what they will be doing and at what times. Whether they are Woodfield carpenters or other subcontractors, you can be aware of the traffic all day and every day. I also introduce all of our employees so you know who is in your home and who to expect each day.
